We cut the overgrowth back, clear the beds, rake out the leaf litter, bag or haul what comes off, and leave the property at a point where normal maintenance can actually keep up with it. Everything goes on our trailer; nothing sits at the kerb waiting on a pickup.

Walk the Property
We look at how far it has gone, agree what stays and what goes, and price the clear-out and the hauling together.
Cut Back
Tall growth comes down in stages so the turf underneath survives, and overgrown beds are cleared to their edges.
Clear & Haul
Debris is raked out, loaded on the trailer and taken away the same day — none of it is left at the kerb.
Reset
Edges are recut and everything is blown clean, so a normal maintenance visit can hold it from here.
