About Grand View Lawn Care
A Tampa lawn care and landscaping company serving homes and businesses across Hillsborough County.
Our Story
Grand View Lawn Care LLC was started by Jorge Hernandez on a simple promise: turn up on the day you said you would, do the work properly, and leave a property looking better than the crew before you did. The business has grown by word of mouth across Tampa, Brandon, Valrico, Riverview and the surrounding communities — one yard at a time.
Today we run weekly and biweekly maintenance routes across eastern Hillsborough County and north into Pasco, alongside the bigger one-off jobs: new sod, beds cleared and remulched, irrigation systems put right, and palms and oaks trimmed back before storm season.
We work for homeowners and for commercial properties that have to look the same every day of the week. We bring our own equipment, haul our own debris, and give every estimate free and in writing. And when we think the cheaper fix is the right one — a sprinkler repair rather than a lawn replacement — we say so.
What We Stand For
Reliability
You get a service day and we keep it. If weather moves us, you hear about it from us rather than wondering where we are.
Respect
Gates closed, pets kept in mind, nothing left on the drive, and every hard surface blown clean before we load up.
Quality
Cut at the right height for the season, edges done every visit, and beds kept to a line — not just mowed and gone.
Community
We're a Tampa business. We live here, we work here, and most of our jobs come from neighbours referring neighbours.
Our Mission
Keep every property we service looking consistent all year, not just the week after a visit. Treat every customer like a neighbour, and earn the next job with the quality of this one.
Our Promise
If something isn’t right, tell us and we’ll come back and fix it. No questions, no excuses. That’s how we’ve built a business where most of our work comes from repeat customers and the neighbours they send us.
