Sod Installation
New lawns, patches & full replacements
New sod only takes if the ground under it is right. We strip out what is failing, grade the soil so water runs away from the house instead of pooling, and lay the pieces tight with the seams staggered so they knit together instead of drying out along every joint. We also tell you honestly whether the whole lawn needs replacing or whether a few bad areas and a watering change would fix it.
Our Process
Free Estimate
We measure the area, check the drainage and the shade, and price the sod and the prep separately so you can see both.
Strip & Grade
The failing turf comes out and the soil is graded — fixing the low spots now is the only chance you get.
Lay the Sod
Pieces go down tight with staggered seams and are rolled in, cut neatly around beds, walks and sprinkler heads.
Water Plan
We soak it in, set out the first month's watering schedule, and check the irrigation reaches every corner of it.
